Voted a Top Ten Green Building Product by Greenspec® of Environmental Building News in 2002, the Diamond Pier® has been at the forefront of site impact reduction design and innovation for more than a decade.  Using the Diamond Pier to support residential structures reduces concrete use by 70 to 80%, and by eliminating excavation, dramatically reduces the carbon footprint of conventional construction, saves precious topsoil, and preserves natural drainage. The Diamond Pier® “E” series piers – DP-75E, DP-100E, and DP-200E - are engineered, low impact foundations for use in public projects such as boardwalks, pavilions, overlooks, and bridges.  They are most commonly used in wetland, tidal, sensitive or difficult access sites, and, based on site specific soils and loading information provided by the customer, they provide significant compression, uplift and lateral load capacities
