The Diamond Pier DP-50 model is ICC approved for residential construction of decks, walkways, stairs, ramps and porches.  The load capacity per pier is equal to or greater than most common deck foundations, so there is no need to change designs or post layouts – just substitute DP-50s where conventional footings are planned.

The pier uses four 36”, 42” or 50” bearing pins per pier, and there is a ½” anchor bolt embedded in the top for attaching standard post or beam brackets.

Just minutes to install, the DP-50 provides an instant foundation, that allows builders to start framing immediately, and inspectors to check for Pin length anytime after installation. Just set the pier, drive the Pins, connect the bracket and start building. This saves time and scheduling headaches, and there’s no need to dig deep holes, pour concrete, or repair the landscape.

The Diamond Pier DP-50 is designed for penetrable sands, silts or clay soils that may also be subject to frost heave or expansion.
