Lifetime Warranty
Diamond Pier® DP50
Pin Foundation’s, Inc’s Diamond Pier DP50 is a high technology foundation system designed to support decks, porches, walkways and stairs as outlined in ICC ESR-1895. All Diamond Pier DP50 products manufactured by Pin Foundations, Inc or its subsidiaries are in compliance with the design criteria, load requirements, specifications and details of the ESR product approval process.
Pin Foundations, Inc. warrants to the original property owner only, the performance of the
Diamond Pier DP50 when properly handled and installed, according to the provided
Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions and heaving soil recommendations, and when used in
compliance with the ICC ESR-1895 requirements and stated capacity. Pin Foundations, Inc.
warrants to the original property owner only, the published capacity and performance of the
Diamond Pier DP50 for the life of the supported structure. Pin Foundations, Inc. will repair or
replace, including materials and labor, any Diamond Pier DP50 that fails to perform when
installed within the requirements and disclaimers defined herein. No other warranties are
expressed or implied.
Requirements

The project must be installed according to the provided Manufacturer’s Installation
Instructions and heave recommendations, and used in compliance with the design
criteria, load requirements, specifications and details of the ESR product approval
process.

The project must be registered with Pin Foundations, Inc. within 30 days of the project’s completion. The registration form may be downloaded here. The registration must include all the support documents and photos requested on the registration form.

The warranty is only valid once the project registration is approved by Pin Foundations,
Inc. Pin Foundations, Inc. reserves the right to withhold approval for any use that does
not meet the conditions set forth herein. The warranty process may be approved prior to
the installation of the project, but such approval will be conditioned on the proper
handling and installation of the Diamond Pier DP50, according to the Manufacturer’s
Installation Instructions and heaving soil recommendations, and use in compliance with
the ICC ESR-1895 requirements and stated capacity.

Pin Foundations, Inc. reserves the right to inspect the project at any time to insure proper
installation and compliance, and to require that any repair or replacement of the Diamond
Pier product be done by a contactor appointed by Pin Foundations, Inc. Pin
Foundations, Inc. also reserves the right to replace any non-performing Diamond Pier
DP50 with Pin Foundations, Inc. commercial version DP75 or DP100, if necessary.

This lifetime warranty is limited to the life of the original project and to the original
property owner for which the Diamond Pier product was installed. This warranty is nontransferable
to any new owner of said property, or to any future project or replacement
structure erected on the original installed Diamond Piers.

Pin Foundations, Inc. reserves the right to use the project as a testament to the
performance of the Diamond Pier products, use photos of said project for promotional
purposes, and to use the Images depicting the Property in any Media, for the purpose of
promoting the Diamond Pier products, which may include use in advertising, promotion,
marketing and packaging. The property owner agrees that the images may be combined
with other images, text and graphics and cropped, altered or modified. The property
owner agrees that the property owner has no rights to the Images, and all rights to the
Images belong to Pin Foundations, Inc. and/or Assigns.
Disclaimers
Pin Foundations, Inc. is not responsible for project failure if:

the Diamond Pier DP50 has not been installed according
to the provided Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions, or heaving soil recommendations, or used in compliance with the
ICC ESR-1895 requirements or stated capacity.

The cause of failure is due to related parts not supplied by Pin
Foundations, Inc. Pin Foundations, Inc. supplies the Diamond Pier head, Pins, plugs and caps.

The cause of failure is
due to unique soil conditions that would require additional measures above and beyond what would typically be required
in the jurisdiction. Such conditions may include but are not limited to soil compaction rates below 1500 psf, water retention
areas, back filled areas, contaminated soils, soils not properly drained or consistent with those defined in the ESR-1895,
and frost areas exceeding 48” frost depth.

The cause of failure is due to Acts of God, such as a tornado, hurricane,
flood, earthquake etc.
This warranty applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally or unintentionally damaged, discontinued
or outdated. This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues such as weathering, staining, pitting or general maintenance
issues such as resetting of the pin heads and caps. Pin Foundations Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or other
damages, including injury to persons or property. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
